MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER ADOPTING [32] REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION Case No. 2:22-cv-00578-DBB-JCB SYNCHRONY BANK, District Judge David Barlow Defendant. The Report and Recommendation1 issued by United States Magistrate Judge Jared C.
